Returns Policy

We want you to love every product you order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our returns window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for return
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Items must not have been opened or used
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received
- We cannot accept returns of fragrances or skincare that have been opened for hygiene reasons

Include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Return shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods), we will cover return postage
- If you are returning for any other reason, return postage is at your cost
- We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or faulty items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred on the return. We recommend marking the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid import charges.
