Batch Supply Ltd is a UK-registered beauty retailer. We source and supply premium skincare, fragrance and cosmetics. Company registered in England and Wales.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if a pricing error occurs
• International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes in their country
• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Product authenticity

All products sold by Batch Supply are 100% genuine. We source exclusively from authorised UK retailers and distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.

Delivery

• UK orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days
• International delivery times vary by destination — typically 5–14 working days
• We use tracked shipping for all orders
• Batch Supply is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Please see our Returns Policy for full details. In summary, we accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt.
